- TRX / Suspension Training System
- Landmine Barbell System
- Xiser and Elliptical Equipment
- Treadmill and Spin Bikes
- Rebounders (mini trampolines)
- Boxing Heavy Bag, Gloves, Hand Pads, Skipping Ropes
- Battle Rope
- Massage Table
- Seated Massage Chair
Unless requested differently by a client, all sessions include a proper dynamic warm up, your hard work (cardio, strength/resistance, core training) and a proper cool down (trainer/partner assisted stretching+seated relaxation massage OR Fascial Stretch Therapy).
Personal training sessions range from 45 min to 120 min.
Personal 1:1 VIRTUAL sessions range from 45 min to 60 min.
